Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Account Manager / Business Development professional to drive adoption and revenue growth for enterprise GenAI platforms. This role requires a hybrid skillset combining strong technical understanding, program management capability, and account management/business development experience. The ideal candidate should bridge technology and business, driving platform-led AI engagements across GSIs, OEMs, and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Platform-Led AI Engagements
    • Position enterprise GenAI platforms (LLMs, agents, RAG, orchestration, private AI)
    • Lead with platform capabilities and drive solution adoption
    • Translate customer requirements into scalable AI use cases
  2. Enterprise & Partner Engagement
    • Engage enterprise stakeholders (business + IT)
    • Work with GSIs and OEM partners
    • Drive workshops and executive discussions
  3. Business Development & Deal Ownership
    • Build and manage pipeline
    • Own end-to-end lifecycle: discovery → closure
    • Align opportunities with GenAI platform capabilities
  4. Program & Execution Management
    • Drive PoCs, pilots, and deployments
    • Coordinate with product and engineering teams
    • Ensure conversion from pilot to production
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work with engineering for solutioning
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing for GTM

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5 to 8 years across tech, program management, and account management (Preferably in AI, SaaS, or tech sales)
    • Good Understanding of GenAI  – SW sales/Development
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management
    • Ability to map customer needs to platform solutions
  • Good to Have
    • Experience with GSIs/OEMs
    • GenAI platform selling or implementation
    • Deep Knowledge of AI infra – Deep tech
