BUD Ecosystem and ViresTech Announce Strategic Partnership to Accelerate Enterprise AI Adoption Across USA, Mexico, and other global markets

Jul 28, 2026

BUD Ecosystem today announced a strategic partnership with ViresTech LLC to jointly accelerate enterprise AI adoption across the United States, Mexico, India, and other global markets.

Under the partnership, ViresTech will lead market development and customer engagement initiatives, while BUD Ecosystem will serve as the technology partner, providing the BUD Enterprise AI Management Platform. Together, the companies aim to help enterprises and public sector organizations deploy production-grade AI systems that are secure, governable, and compliant from day one.

As part of the collaboration, ViresTech will spearhead end-user workflow automation initiatives, across cloud service providers, telecom solutions, enterprise solution deployments, and public sector opportunities. The company will work closely with the BUD team to bring scalable AI capabilities to highly regulated industries that demand accountability, transparency, and operational resilience.

ViresTech, a systems integrator specializing in AI deployment for regulated markets, will serve as a certified systems integrator for the BUD platform. The partnership combines BUD’s production-proven enterprise AI platform with ViresTech’s domain expertise across credit, compliance, fraud, and government operations.

BUD Ecosystem’s Enterprise AI Management Platform provides organizations with an end-to-end stack for enterprise AI adoption, including model orchestration, inference, observability, and built-in guardrails across any cloud, hardware, or on-premises environment. The platform enables enterprises to deploy and govern AI workloads while maintaining control over data, infrastructure, and regulatory requirements.

The partnership is designed to address one of the most significant challenges facing enterprise AI adoption today: enabling regulated organizations to move beyond pilot projects and confidently deploy AI systems in production environments.

“Regulated enterprises are not anti-AI—they are pro-accountability. What’s been missing isn’t ambition; it’s infrastructure that makes AI defensible to a regulator, a board, an examiner. Virestech was built for that gap. We bring deep domain expertise in regulated markets—credit, compliance, fraud, government operations—combined with the engineering discipline to deploy AI that an institution can own, govern, and stand behind. Bud’s platform gives us the production-proven AI engine that makes that promise real at scale. Together, we close the gap between what regulated enterprises want from AI and what they’ve been able to safely adopt.”— Indu Das, CEO, Virestech

The collaboration comes at a time when enterprises worldwide are increasing investments in AI while simultaneously facing growing regulatory scrutiny. Financial institutions, government agencies, telecom providers, and large enterprises are seeking AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes without compromising governance, security, or compliance requirements.

By combining ViresTech’s implementation expertise and industry relationships with BUD Ecosystem’s enterprise AI platform, the two organizations are positioned to help customers accelerate their AI journeys across multiple geographies and industry verticals.

“This partnership reflects a shared vision: making enterprise AI practical, governable, and accessible for organizations operating in some of the world’s most demanding environments,” said Linson Joseph, Chief Strategy Officer at Bud Ecosystem. “Together with ViresTech, we are enabling customers to move from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale deployment with confidence.”

The partnership will initially focus on opportunities across North America and India, with plans to expand into additional global markets as demand for enterprise AI solutions continues to grow.
